All items are shipped within 6 days of placing your order.

Exceptions vary:

1. Jewelry: Often made to order allow up to 5 to 7 business days for delivery.
2. Babini Kuki Sweaters: These items are made to order and imported from Bulgaria. Please allow 5  to 6 weeks for delivery of items in this category.
3. If purchasing an item from Dahveese Designer Wear or from The Accentuated Collection's custom made clothing please allow approximately 3 weeks for delivery

If we are unable to deliver your item within the stated time frame you will be emailed with the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

REFUNDS

1. Full refunds are given on returns if item is defective, there has been a mistake on our part or we are unable to ship the item ordered this is a 100% refund. Return for any other reason will be for a store credit or exchange only. (see item 5)  The return postmark of all items must be within 10 days of your having received them.

2. Custom made, made to order or made to size jewelry is not returnable unless it is defective.

3. If you wish to return an item, for any reason other that what is stated above, you can do so for an exchange or a store credit.

4. Fill out the form below to receive a return address.

5. The majority of our products are custom ordered directly from the manufacturer with monthly minimums. Please be careful when placing your order we cannot return items to the manufacturer and reordering an item could take several weeks. For help on sizing please consult our Ring Size Chart.

6. For exchanges and store credits covered in Return Policy #1.Your credit card will be charged a $15.00 restocking fee plus reshipping cost.

7. In circumstances where returns are accepted which are not covered by Return Policy #1. there is a $15.00 restocking fee for each item.

8. To return an item you must first notify us first by using the Return Form below. Any item returned without notifying us via way of the form below will be refused and returned .

9. We will not accept and will return any item which have:

   1. Stains of any kind.

   2. Show evidence of any wear.

   3. Any alteration of any kind.

   4. Smell of cigarette smoke or perfume.

10. Items returned for any reason must be postmarked within 10 days of your receiving them.

11. All items returned must have the original tags still attached and be unused and undamaged.

12. For your own protection please ship back merchandise securely packed, insured, and with request for signature.
